- Use the Sign out button (not just closing the tab) when you're done on a shared device.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| I see someone else's details | The profile page always shows your account — confirm you're signed in as yourself via the top-bar name. |
| My name or department looks wrong | These come from your account; ask your administrator to correct your account details. |
| The Change Password form won't accept my new password | Make sure all three fields are filled and the new passwords match; contact your administrator for password requirements. |
| I was logged out unexpectedly | Sessions expire automatically after a period of inactivity or time — simply sign in again. |
| I don't recognize a login in my history | Note the device, location, and IP, and report it to your administrator. |
